Therapeutic Massage
Treat yourself to a massage therapy session uniquely designed for your body. I draw from a variety of modalities to create a massage that is specific for your individual needs and goals. Whether you aim to improve overall health, mood, sports performance and recovery, increase mobility and flexibility, reduce pain and inflammation, speed recovery from injury, or to relax and reduce stress, this massage is for you.

Cupping - encourages the flow of blood and qi, supports detoxification, breaks up scar tissue and stagnation, reduces inflammation. Separates the fascia, allowing more blood flow to deeper tissues.
Moxabustion - regulates qi and blood flow, warms the body and dispels cold, improves overall health and immune function. Soothing for digestion and regulating to the menstrual cycle. Speeds recovery after childbirth.
Aromatherapy - essential oils are used to address a variety of conditions including nervous system and sleep disorders, depression and anxiety, headaches and migraines, respiratory conditions, inflammation and stagnation.
Gua Sha - encourages lymphatic drainage, reduces sinus pressure, reduces puffiness in the face and the appearance of wrinkles, relieves tension and inflammation.
Hot and Cold Stones - also known as geo-thermal therapy, hot and cold stones are incorporated into the massage to increase blood flow and relax the muscles, while nourishing the organs and reducing inflammation.
Castor Oil Pack - the topical application of high-quality castor oil stimulates the lymph and liver, speeding up the body's natural removal of toxins from the body's cells and tissues. This reduces inflammation, soothes digestion, regulates the menstrual cycle, reduces headaches and migraines among many other health benefits.
Relaxation Massage
Treat yourself to a soothing and relaxing massage designed to reduce stress and nourish the nervous system. In this treatment, slow and rhythmic movements are used to ease aches and pains and melt away stress.
Prenatal/Postpartum Massage
Treat yourself to a gentle, restorative massage to ease the more uncomfortable symptoms of pregnancy and to improve baby’s well being. Soothe the aches and pains that arise from the many adjustments and accommodations your body is making to create life. Prenatal massage will help to bring your awareness into your body, preparing you and your child for childbirth. Speed recovery from childbirth with postpartum massage and optional moxabustion treatment.
Reflexology
This treatment encourages qi flow to the organs by stimulating pressure points in the feet, hands and ears. This modality is wonderful for nervous system disorders, migraines, improving sleep and creating a sense of deep relaxation. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment. Moxabustion is available by request.

Private Yoga Classes
Suitable for all levels, I aim to address each individual's goals and needs. The foundation of my yoga practice and teaching style is Hatha. This yoga combines slow and mindful alignment-based asana (meditative position) with pranayama (breath work) to increase presence, acceptance, strength and flexibility. I tend to alternate between between vinyasa and yin styles of yoga as appropriate. Vinyasa, a more yang or active style, builds strength and endurance, lubricates the joints and focuses the mind by linking breath and movement. Yin, a slower paced and more static style, targets the connective tissues of the body (ligaments and tendons), increasing circulation and repairing these tissues over time. This practice is deeply grounding and helps to develop present moment awareness both on and off the mat. I incorporate guided meditations and meditative tools into each session, addressing the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical body as one.
Private Prenatal Yoga Classes
This gentle class is designed to nourish and support both babies and mamas. I emphasize pranayama, controlled and focused breathing techniques that can relax and soothe the nervous system, build endurance and support you during childbirth. We'll focus on hip openers, strengthening the birthing muscles, and being present with sensations, even when uncomfortable. I aim to create a gentle and nourishing environment that supports the subtle and spiritual as well as the physical aspects of motherhood.
